Our Deluxe suites offer a spacious three-room apartment of 65 sqm on two levels, ideal for friends who travel in company but love to maintain comfort and privacy.  Located just 15 minutes from the Duomo, these suites boast a very central location with restaurants, supermarkets and bus and train stops nearby, making every move convenient and fast.

Each Deluxe Suite is designed to offer maximum comfort. On the first level, you will find a spacious living area with lounge and fully equipped kitchen, complete with induction hob, dishes, microwave, kettle and Nespresso machine, perfect for cooking and sharing meals together with your fellow travellers!

The master bedroom and bathroom with shower complete this level. On the attic floor, there is another room with sofa bed, offering an additional space for rest and relaxation.

The Deluxe suites are equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and free Wi-Fi, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The apartment was very spacious, bright and clean. Equipped with every comfort as at home: courtesy kit with towels and soaps, air conditioning, smart TV, sofa bed and above all a beautiful kitchen of which we have taken advantage. The Residence is located in a very quiet neighborhood and close to the historic center, in fact on foot you can reach the Duomo of Florence in about 20 minutes.

I stayed with my family, we have a child of one year and what to say.. better than hotels! Super customer attention, pampered from start to finish. Location 15 minutes from the center, in a residential area, very pleasant walk! Free parking and bike rental, we will definitely be back! Thank you!

Comfortable apartments complete with everything you could need. The apartment was impeccable, very clean. Also the staff very helpful. The location is great for walking to the main attractions. We will be back for sure!

I stayed one night in their studio, a beautiful studio, cut very well, so not seem at all a studio. Spacious, comfortable, bright, warm and clean. Equipped with everything from the kitchen to the room to the bathroom; fast wifi suitable for those who, like me, need to work; I loved the possibility of ordering home delivery and given the really central location (15 min walk from the cathedral), I could choose between all the delivery apps and really almost all the clubs in Florence. The free parking is really a gem not to be underestimated. I will definitely come back!

I stayed one night in one of the apartments of the Giglio Palace residence . Very convenient for those arriving in Florence by car, being equipped with parking in the underground garage. There is a reception with very kind staff who gave me information to visit the city and places to eat typical. The apartment is clean, very large and cozy, with modern furniture and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. The bathroom is also very large. There are also bikes available for touring the city. (..)

Useful applications

Our Deluxe Suites have a maximum capacity of 4 people. They are therefore ideal for those who travel for families and/ or couples of friends visiting Florence. 

The iron is provided on request. To have it directly in the apartment,  just request it at the time of booking. Otherwise you can always go to the reception to pick it up.

For little travellers we have a free kit dedicated: camping cot, high chair and towel set. To have it directly in the apartment on your arrival, just request it at the time of booking.

Our apartments are 15 minutes walk from the Duomo of Florence and 10 minutes from the Galleria dell’Accademia, where you can find the David by Michelangelo. In any case, at less than 100m we have 3 bus lines, and a little further the train station Campo di Marte.

Check-in time is from 02.00pm, but you can still come before this time to use the parking space and leave your luggage at the reception. Check-out time is by 10.00 am

The bikes can be rented free of charge, once you arrive at the residence. They are supplied with padlock, helmet (on request) and map routes to explore the city from different perspectives 😉

Our reception is open every day from 09.00am to 07.00pm so in these times you will always find someone to welcome you and give you all the necessary information for your stay, including map!

 

For check in after 07.00pm no problem! We will ask for contact information and documents, to guide you in a simple self-check-in.

 

If you want to stay in the city after check out time, you can leave your car in the parking lot SUBJECT to confirmation by the staff during the check out.
