Travel light: the apartment is already supplied with bed linen, extra pillows for the sleeping area and a complete set of towels for each guest

A practical professional hair dryer with a free beauty set – consisting of shampoo, shower shampoo & hand soap -, will already be in the apartment for your stay.
Free Water
At the entrance of the building you will find a free dispenser of natural , sparkling and fresh water always available, to fill the glass bottles provided in the apartment or your personal bottle cage
Fully Equipped Kitchen
Every kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare hot and cold meals:
In addition to quality appliances such as induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine and fridge with freezer; our kitchens provide our guests with pots, pans and dishes compatible with induction burners.
Plasma Tv & Smart tv
Ideal for foreign travelers and entertainment lovers! Thanks to the wifi coverage, our plasma TVs are well suited to see in excellent resolution both traditional channels and the main entertainment platforms: Netflix, Youtube, Prime etc… In addition, thanks to the Airplay tool you can directly project images and videos from your smartphones on TV to relive the best memories with friends!

Each apartment type has a specific maximum capacity:
Studios: 2 adults
Suite: 2 adults + 1 child 0-3 years
Superior Suite: 4 adults + 1 child 0-3 years
Deluxe Suite: 4 adults + 2 children 0-3 years
Yes, we provide it on request 🙂
The laundry service is available in 2 different solutions: self service or delivery formula. In case of self-service you can use the washing machine and dryer from 09.00am to 7.00pm, upon request at the reception. In case of delivery service it is required to deposit the laundry at reception between 09.00 -07.00pm, which will be returned washed and ironed in 24h.
For the little travellers we have a free kit dedicated: camping cot, high chair and towel set. To have it directly in the apartment on your arrival, just request it at booking time.
Check-in time is from 2.00pm, but you can still come before to use the parking space and leave your luggage at reception. Check-out time is by 10.00am

Our apartments are 15 minutes walk from the Duomo of Florence and 10 minutes from the Galleria dell’Accademia where you can find the David by Michelangelo. In any case, at less than 100m we have 3 bus lines, and a little further the train station Campo di Marte
Bicycles can be rented free of charge, once you arrived at the facility. They are supplied with padlock, helmet (on request) and map routes to explore the city from different perspectives 🙂
If you want to give a last goodbye to the city and leave your car a little bit more after check out time, you can ask at the reception the availability for the parking spot. In case we need all the spots for new arrivals we will suggest you other safe options near by .
Each reservation is entitled to 1 parking space only. So the parking of an extra car should always be evaluated at the time of arrival to check the availability of parking. In any case, we will be happy to show you other safe solutions always in our area.
Absolutely yes! We recommend not to arrive before 09.30 so that we can guarantee a parking space after the checkout of other guests.
